The Neohostel Berlin is located in the beautiful rural part of Köpenick, not far from the Köpenick Old Town on the site of the Old Concrete Factory. Over the years, due to its strategic location, we have become a hotspot for technicians, warehouse workers, and service staff with a focus on Poland. They stay with us from Monday to Friday and travel daily to their workplaces throughout the eastern part of Berlin, including Tesla in Brandenburg.

We are looking for you as a receptionist:

Your work area:


  • 171 rooms and 465 beds
  • Responsibility for the smooth running of the front office/reception as the first point of contact for our guests during your shift (early/late)

Your background:


  • Handson mentality
  • Communication skills
  • You come from the hotel, tourism, or service industry and may have already worked in a similar position
  • Professional experience in the hotel industry, front office/reception is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and POL
