Eldersburg 'ViaNobis - Youth Welfare | Schloss Dilborn is looking for Educators, Special Needs Educators (m/f/d) in the residential child and youth welfare for our intensive living group "Sunflower" (full-time) at our location in Brüggen.


Your tasks:

  • Pedagogical daily routine in the reference care system with case management
  • Individual support in a group context
  • Leisure activities and participation in organizing holiday trips
  • Cooperation with our inhouse specialist service for diagnostics and therapy
  • Collaboration with origin systems and other institutions (youth welfare offices, schools, doctors, therapists, child and youth psychiatry, etc.)

You fit with us if you have:

  • Completed training as a state-recognized educator or special needs educator (m/f/d) or are a student (m/f/d) of social work from the 5th semester
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of child and youth welfare and working with troubled children, adolescents and families
  • Traumapedagogical attitude and expertise in attachment types
  • Willingness to take responsibility in a shift system (early, late and weekend shifts including sleep readiness)
  • Driver's license and a clean extended police clearance certificate
