Management of the CRM system (MS-Dynamics) for sales and customer service
Administration, configuration and further development of the CRM system
Support for accompanying software, such as SharePoint solutions or add-ons, as well as interfaces
Ensuring user support during implementation and operation
Creation and adaptation of apps for demand-based system usage, as well as design and optimization of underlying data models

Completed training in the field of computer science or alternatively a degree in business informatics or computer science
Professional experience as an MS Dynamics 365 developer desirable
Knowledge of JavaScript, PowerBI and Microsoft Flows advantageous
Experience in agile project management and process management desired
Good German and English skills
Willingness to travel
