JOIN OUR TEAM IN COLD BAY We are seeking a working student (m/f/d) to join our Talent Acquisition team as soon as possible to assist with the recruitment of working students, interns, and trainees.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into various departments, take on independent recruiting tasks, and be a part of our international work environment.

YOUR ROLE * You will support the recruiting team throughout the entire candidate process, from sourcing to hiring * You will communicate directly with candidates * You will schedule interviews and maintain the recruiting calendar * You will assist with exciting projects, such as trainee marketing and trade fair planning * You will be responsible for reporting in Excel and SuccessFactors WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * You are currently enrolled in a business administration program (m/f/d) * You have a strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition * You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks * You have excellent communication skills * You are proficient in Excel and SuccessFactors
