Your future responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the proper entry of bookings in SAP, ensuring smooth operations
  • You are the first point of contact for our customer regarding the system and ensure correct handling across all departments
  • You record quality problems and proactively report them so that appropriate measures can be taken
  • You organize reporting to the customer and support in invoicing
  • You report directly to the site manager in your role

Your profile:


  • Coordination is your strength
  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training
  • You have good user knowledge of SAP, ideally in the QM and logistics modules
  • You are characterized by a high level of expertise, reliability and conscientiousness
  • You are an organizational talent and consider yourself to be resilient
  • A high level of customer orientation, commitment and flexibility round off your profile
  • You have a good command of German and are willing to work shifts (early | late)
