My Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the group financial statements and continuous development of the consolidation processes
  • Execution of individual financial statements according to HGB/IFRS and impairment tests, as well as providing management reporting
  • Participation in the implementation and optimization of relevant ERP and consolidation/reporting software
  • Responsibility for groupwide accounting standards and point of contact for subsidiary companies regarding accounting issues
  • Collaborating with other departments and external consulting firms
  • Business partner and representative for the Head of Accounting

My Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in group accounting, ideally within an international company and/or auditing firm
  • Strong knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards
  • Experience with ERP and consolidation tools, preferably LucaNet/IDL and/or SAP
  • First experience in leading a team is advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work style, analytical thinking skills, as well as teamwork and intercultural competence
