We are looking for an experienced individual in property management and real estate management for our commercial properties in Oakville, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Correspondence with and point of contact for approximately 60 commercial tenants in Oakville
- Preparation and drafting of lease agreements
- Acquisition and advertising of commercial properties
- Preparation of utility cost statements
Qualifications:
- Organizational skills
- Strong communication and reliability
- Proficiency in using IT infrastructure
- Creativity
