Requirements / Job Duties for the Customer Service:
- Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support with heavy volume. This is the majority of the role.
- Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations
- Working closely with your team to be successful together
- Having enthusiasm
- Having passion for helping people
- Communicating and understanding customer concern
- Scheduling and booking service calls
- Being a part of a really, really great team environment
- Being comfortable on the telephone and love customer service
- Having a company to grow with and work passionately for. Everyone here is a very hard worker.
