Job Description for the Marketing Coordinator Opportunity:128 is the industry leader in home services and needs the top marketing team. This fast-paced, privately-owned and operated, growing company needs a marketing coordinator to follow the marketing plan, design, and execute marketing tactics and achieve goals with a teamwork mentality, excitement, and creativity to help develop the business. The marketing coordinator is responsible for our direct marketing campaigns through digital, local, traditional, and guerrilla tactics. They will be helping grow the company by building awareness, a following, an outstanding reputation of the brand, generating jobs and demand, measuring effectiveness, and ultimately establishing 128 as the best choice in our industry for customers and the best company to work for potential applicants.

Major Job Duties Include the Marketing Coordinator Opportunity:

Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns for new and existing customers
Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound to marketing vendors and partners
Know the customer and what they're looking for in a home service provider and drive a compelling message to support the vision
Use basic graphic design knowledge to make marketing content
Keep up with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly campaigns and tasks
All other job duties will be sent during next round of communication

Competencies for Success the Marketing Coordinator Opportunity:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
24 years of experience in a marketing role required
Photoshop/illustrator experience required
Excel experience required
Knowledge and experience of SEO, PPC, and Google Marketing preferred
Ability to be creative and enthusiastic with ideas and also execute and achieve goals
Knowledge of all marketing channels, including traditional, digital, and guerrilla marketing
Have a passion for marketing to continuously learn and stay updated
Ability to storytell and educate
Ability to be a selfstarter, seek resources, and work independently
