We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) (B2B) for our client who convinces with sympathy, reliability and passion.

Your tasks:

  • Customer service and acquisition in domestic and international markets
  • Conducting customer visits
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs
  • Order processing in the ERP system
  • Handling and advising on customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Creative implementation of sales promotions
  • Preparation and monitoring of offers

Your profile:

  • Fluent in German and English, ideally with knowledge of French and/or Spanish
  • An excellent sense for customer needs and outstanding service are your strengths
  • You convince with your open and friendly nature
  • Responsibility and team spirit are natural for you
  • Excellent communication skills round off your profile
