WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical side of our large projects and programs in the Department of Networked Training Systems.

You will act as the central link between our customers and the development team.

Specifically, you will develop concepts with your project team for the effective use of constructive simulation in training and the development of complex combat situations through computer-generated forces (CGF) with realistic, mission-dependent behavior and tactical aspects.


Other tasks include:

  • Developing concepts for systems and subsystems in complex or large projects
  • Conducting technical management in the context of proposal processing and system development for complex or large projects
  • Responsibility for conducting requirement analyses and management in complex or large projects
  • Creating specifications
  • Responsibility for conducting system integration and error detection
  • Responsibility for conducting system tests in complex or large projects
  • Creating quantity structures and schedules
  • Technical presentation of proposals to customers on site
  • Negotiating technical content with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Providing technical leadership to the development team
  • Defining, planning, and controlling work packages (actual/target)
  • Coordinating or creating essential system documents
  • Conducting technical reviews and audits
  • Risk management/claim management
  • Monitoring progress and resource usage
  • Creating technical decision templates (e.g. make or buy)
  • Responsibility for creating test concepts and documents
  • Planning and conducting internal and external acceptance tests
  • Planning and coordinating system
