    Join our team as an Associate Designer at Scotch & Soda, where you will work closely with the Senior Sportswear Designer to bring collections from concept to production. We are specifically looking for individuals skilled in soft wovens, tailoring, and cut & sew knits.

    Job Description:

    • Create technical sketches, tech packs, and trim sheets based on designer instructions
    • Support designers in the design process, trend research, and fabric sourcing
    • Manage production and development processes, including approval tasks
    • Adhere to seasonal design calendar deadlines
    • Maintain linesheets and style overviews
    • Coordinate samples and fabrics

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in apparel design, focusing on women's sportswear
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • Expertise in fabric, garment construction, and specifications
    • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently
    • Knowledge of Simparel is a plus
