Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new customers in an assigned territory
Processing inquiries and orders
Preparing and submitting offers, including price calculations
Handling complaints
Conducting credit checks for new customers before accepting orders
Managing projects within the Customer Service department
Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and business review meetings

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship
Knowledge and experience in the field of plastic processing or pharmaceuticals / diagnostics / medical technology desired
Enjoyment of acquiring new customers and developing new products
Sociability, confident demeanor, and team spirit
Structured and goaloriented thinking and acting
Communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills
Fluent in English and proficient in using common MS Office programs
