Nutrition for Longevity:
We are a fast-growing Nutri-tech company that focuses on Medically Tailored Home Delivery Meals and Medical Nutrition Therapy.
N4L's Meals are designed to support general healthy eating based on the Science of the Longevity Diet, but also designed as Medically Tailored Meals to support specific medical needs.
N4L works with the largest insurance providers in the nation to provide our meals to Medicaid and Medicare patients that can benefit from such services.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Bilingual Spanish
- Required
- Minimum education of Associate degree, preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Previous
exceptional customer service experience and
strong interpersonal communication skills. - Must be able to demonstrate empathy and patience to our members while managing the time spent on each call.
- Previous data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to problem solve issues in a timely manner.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be able to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees.
- Must be passionate for helping others.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and demonstrate core values such as honesty, integrity, and respect.
Core Tasks/Duties:
- Work with Gorgias, Outlook and RingCentral platforms
- Contact new members immediately to welcome him/her and provide information about our program.
- Update information for existing clients, and close accounts as needed.
- Follow up with members for their meal selections and collect their feedback regarding their meals and service.
- Enter orders for members into our system with accuracy.
- Ensure all members are contacted and have an order entered for each shipment week.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues with urgency.
- Coordinate with internal partners including but not limited to: Shipping, Production, Billing, Quality & Assurance, and our Dietitian Team.
- Stay current with current healthrelated and industry trends as well as healthcare policy.
- Support the mission and vision of the company.
- Be passionate about nutrition and helping others.
Working Conditions:
- This position will report to our main office in Hackettstown, NJ _
it is not remote._ - A typical work week will include _MondayFriday, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm. _Both shifts include a 30minute unpaid lunch.
- Casual dress code.
- Hair nets are required by government regulations in the kitchen areas of our facility.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
