About this Role:


The
Program Launch Manager is responsible for successfully managing the introduction of our prepared meals and program offerings into new accounts which include but are not limited to Managed Medicaid, Medicare, and government-funded marketplace.

This position will involve collaborating with sales and marketing teams for pre-launch prep, developing/following a plan once contracts are live, including arranging onboarding meetings and the initial meet and greet with the new account.

This role will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth handoff of initial relationships to the regional sales reps so that key relationships can be built and maintained including care manager supervisors after post-launch to maintain the relationship, and analyzing results to improve future launches.


Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Develop[JM1] and execute comprehensive launch plans per N4L sales launch toolkit for home-delivered meal programs.
  • Use sales toolbox and help enhance sales team launch toolbox so that standard tools can be used across all accounts nationally.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including product development, operations, marketing, and customer service.
  • Define project/launch timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Create comprehensive contact lists of referring partners, key contacts and groups that can be provided to the sales reps to optimize program efficiency and quality.
  • Complete Account Communication Plan in collaboration with regional sales rep.
  • Complete Voice of Customer and share with Sales LT.
  • Conduct launch meeting with cross functional team at least one month prior to launch, working with sales rep on account overview, forecast of launch sales numbers for first quarter of launch and full 3year potential based on existing forecasting methods.
  • Align with Admin support to ensure all inservice items are arranged and prepared in advance of inservice including if meals will be provided.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Align with Director of Digital Marketing on arranging for PR release locally and on livewire align with key account to ensure no limitations also prepare with Director of Digital Marketing to do social media campaign and align on local mailers launch for saturated states
  • Align with Customer Service Team assigned rep to do individual welcome calls of each Care Manager for new referrals following less formal checkin script / value props
  • Align with admin support to ensure SKUs and any special requirements have been prepared for the launch.
  • Ensure careful handoff of launch after hypercare period to regional sales rep, ensuring plan is communicated, communication plan is reviewed and key contacts are connected to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 2 years, proven experience in project management, preferably in launching new programs or products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth execution of launch plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
