    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Water/Wastewater Technical Lead located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.

    The Water/Wastewater Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and technical aspects of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

    This includes project management, design, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

    The role will also involve providing technical expertise and support to the team, conducting site visits, and collaborating with other departments and external partners.

    Qualifications
    Strong knowledge and experience in water and wastewater engineering
    Proficiency in project management and coordination
    Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards
    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    Experience with relevant software and tools
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field
    Professional engineer (PE) license is a plus
