    What is the role of a Technical Recruiter at Optomi?

    • Utilize diverse job platforms to actively and passively discover and engage with qualified candidates seeking job opportunities in the market
    • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities and suitability for job openings
    • Create well-structured resume submissions to showcase candidates' key skills for client consideration
    • Guide candidates through comprehensive discussions on interview questions, scenarios, and technical expertise that may be raised by the client, preparing them for phone and in-person interviews
    • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to negotiate competitive pay rates, ensuring satisfaction and success for both consultants and clients
    • Achieve weekly activity targets including phone interviews and job submissions

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Graduate degree
    • Professional experience of 1-2 years - Training will be provided
    • Determination and ambition to excel
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Capability to build authentic and robust relationships with customers and consultants
