    Senior Technical Recruiter

    Alpharetta, Georgia (Preferably near Atlanta)

    Full Time Opportunity

    Hybrid Model

    GSquared Group, located in Alpharetta, Georgia, is looking to add to our Senior Technical Recruiter team. We need someone who can collaborate well in a team-oriented environment.

    The ideal Senior Technical Recruiter should have over 8 years of experience in technical recruiting, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a solid network of tech professionals in Atlanta.     We are targeting a January 2023 start date for this role.

    How will you contribute?

    • End-to-end recruiting, including:
    • Understanding job requirements by reviewing descriptions and asking insightful questions
    • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates based on job specifications
    • Presenting candidates to Account Executives effectively
    • Consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the process
    • Conducting thorough candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and consultants
    • Utilizing personal network and various platforms for candidate sourcing

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 8+ years of Technical Recruiting experience, with a focus on Atlanta for at least five years
    • Experience in recruiting for various technical positions across different industries, with an emphasis on software development
    • Direct interaction with Account Managers and hiring staff for placements
    • Proven expertise in social recruiting techniques
    • Background in a small boutique recruitment firm
    • Stable work history with minimum three-year tenures at previous roles
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
