The Headlines:
In the role of Unit Manager - Packaging, located in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Packaging Operations Team in brewery operations. You will be responsible for leading and motivating operational teams for the effective operation, quality, asset care and optimization work of a packaging business unit. You will also ensure high quality products are produced cost effectively and safely through maximizing operational efficiency. You will utilize Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain principles and work practices which contribute to world class standards of operation.
You will lead packaging operations towards the vision of a high-performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve both plant and process operations to meet World Class Operations Standards. You will contribute to the packaging group on site developing short term tactics and contributing to the brewery strategy over a 5 year time horizon.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager Operations - Packaging and works closely with brewery operational teams.
