Team Leader System Support (m/f/d) for Mobile Access Operations (HessenSmartphone) in West Easton, PA

Your responsibilities:

You will coordinate tasks and assign work orders, including monitoring deadlines, in the areas of middleware, operations, standard, universal, and communication software.

You will create procedures, escalation processes, and workflow rules for exceptional situations and carry out complex reconstruction and restart procedures.

You will also be responsible for incident and problem management in collaboration with third-level support.
You will develop and implement concepts for monitoring error conditions on hardware, software, and communication components and resolve them.
You will be responsible for the further development, operation, and maintenance of existing systems, including performance management and tuning. You will ensure quality, plan tests, and carry them out.
You will lead projects.

Your profile:

You have a relevant degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable course of study, or you possess equivalent relevant skills and experience.

You have broad knowledge and many years of experience in the implementation and/or operation of IT systems, middleware, and applications.

You have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of IT infrastructure (network, data center, Windows operating systems, virtualization).
You have experience in project management, ideally in an IT environment.
You approach complex tasks
