Do you enjoy working with numbers in an international environment?

We are currently seeking a Finance Controller (m/w/d) for our office in the greater Düsseldorf area.

Responsibilities:

As part of a small team, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements for the group in accordance with IFRS, using consolidation software.
You will review data from individual companies and administer reporting packages for the parent company.
You will assist with all consolidation activities and support subsidiary companies with IFRS accounting and reporting questions.
You will also participate in monthly accruals and assist with the preparation of annual financial statements for local companies in accordance with commercial law.
Your role may also include working in fixed asset accounting and other areas of accounting, if desired.

Qualifications:

You have a degree in accounting or a related field, or have completed a comparable education.
You have practical experience in accounting and are familiar with the tasks involved in financial reporting and yearend closing in an industrial setting.
Knowledge and understanding of group accounting processes is also required.
You have good English skills and are methodical in your work.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP, is required.
