- Provide Strategic analysis and insights to marketing, sales, and finance through analysis of sales data
- Item maintenance and Retail Link Administration
- Vendor agreement compliance and management/minimization of invoice deductions
- Development of rolling SKU level forecast in collaboration with Walmart replenishment and team leader
- Make actionable recommendations, based upon insights that are relevant to the business and brand strategies
- Work with Walmart team leader to facilitate "quick responses" to initiatives that drive results
- Track sales and Budget results
- Customer Analytics-Use Retail Link, Luminate and SAP (Business Warehouse) data, internal ship-to-data, and industry data to analyze, interpret and present information with a net result of driving sales, new business and profits, resulting analysis will point out sales performance and opportunity gaps by customer/account
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required
- At least 1 year of experience in category/sales analysis or comparable experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry
- Experience with analyzing and presenting data; SAP and Retail Link or Luminate experience preferred
- Strong analytical ability, decision-making, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with EPA-regulated products and/or seasonal categories is a plus
- Must be self-driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
