Your Responsibilities:

  • You will take responsibility for developing and implementing strategies and concepts to elevate our feedback landscape to the next level
  • This involves familiarizing yourself with the current state of research and engaging in close dialogue with experts from operational recruiting, human resources, and departments worldwide
  • After developing the strategy, you will ensure that the organization is capable of implementing it. This includes developing your own training formats and implementing them
  • Additionally, you can participate in existing recruiting and selection processes to gain your own insights.

Your Qualifications:


  • Interest in driving and contributing to topics in a team with national and international responsibility
  • A degree with a focus on human resources, such as psychology, education, learning sciences, business psychology, business administration, or similar fields
  • Strong interest and prior knowledge in the field of feedback ideally through previous work experience in human resources or similar fields
  • You enjoy communicating with different target groups at various levels of hierarchy
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English
  • You are proficient in common office applications and can quickly learn new programs.
