Service Desk Clerk (m/f/d):

We are searching for a motivated and dedicated Service Desk Clerk for our company headquarters in Leipheim.

We work with renewable energy and our main focus is on photovoltaic and storage systems. These tasks are essential for the future and therefore crisis-proof.

As a regional market leader, we are experts in our industry.

With over 10 years of experience in the market, we have been growing dynamically and have clear goals and strategies for the future.


If you are familiar with working independently and taking on diverse tasks, and if you enjoy interacting with customers, then you are the perfect fit for us.

What can you expect?

  • You will support with order scheduling (planning / scheduling)
  • You will schedule appointments for our field technicians
  • You will prepare service reports and documents for assignments
  • You will receive returns and update project documentation
  • You will support with managing the ERP system (order processing)
  • You will prepare invoices
  • You will assist our internal technicians with administrative tasks
  • Participation in our company's goal process
  • Possibility to participate in firstlevel support (handling customer inquiries) if technically qualified
