Your Role

As a team leader (m/f/d), you will take on responsible tasks in the operational warehouse area.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supervision of approximately 4 employees in the high-bay warehouse
  • Participation in daily operations, such as storage and picking
  • Daily planning and monitoring of processes
  • Continuous optimization of warehouse processes
  • Forwarding, implementation, and monitoring of instructions from your superiors
  • Ensuring information flow to employees
  • Evaluation of area-specific key figures

Qualifications You Should Bring

  • Successfully completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable education, or several years of relevant work experience
  • Flexibility, high resilience, and willingness to perform
  • Independent, team-oriented, and service-oriented work style
  • Forklift license desirable
  • Process thinking and strong communication skills
