To strengthen our team in East Honolulu, HI, we are looking for a:
Employee (m/f/d) in Technical Service

As an all-rounder, you will support the team of the Technical Service in logistics and the repair department.

From repairs to invoicing - Are you looking for a mix of office work and practical tasks? Then this position is perfect for you.

Your responsibilities:

Support of technicians:

Visual inspection for optical damages of devices,
Performing electromechanical repairs,
Operating semi-automatic device tests,
Filling out test reports, capturing error images,
Replacing parts on devices,
Refurbishing devices,

Support of the logistics department in incoming and outgoing goods:
Assisting with shipping,
Receiving and consolidating goods,
Inventory management,
Picking and preparing goods for shipment.
Creating cost estimates and sending emails to our customers (also in English),
Creating new customer accounts in our ERP and inventory management system, as well as creating invoices,
Entering and maintaining data in the repair database,
Assisting with inventory preparations,
Participating in special tasks.

Your qualifications:

Completed technical education preferred,
Basic knowledge of electromechanics and technical understanding,
Handy with tools,
Knowledge of inventory management and conducting inventories,
Proficient in using inventory management software,
Good MS Office skills (Excel),
Fluent in German and good English skills,
Independent and reliable work ethic.
