    LFCS is seeking a resourceful, energetic and well organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position will coordinate front desk operations, centralized purchasing functions, and perform various administrative duties in support of our agency. This position will be part time.

    Duties
    • Serve as the face of the agency by providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients and employees both in person and on the phone.
    • Answer, screen, and process all incoming calls.
    • Coordinate the centralized purchasing program to include office, breakroom and other supplies.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Provide clerical support for Administration and other functional areas when requested.
    • Maintain confidentiality of information coming through the reception desk as required by HIPPA regulations and agency policy.
    Minimum Education and Experience:

    High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-year experience in a clerical, administrative assistant, or customer service position.

    Knowledge and Skills

    Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and perform duties in a timely manner. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
