Help Desk Specialist / Support Employee (m/f/d)
In our medium-sized company group, everything revolves around electronic payment transactions. Our clients include renowned credit institutions and financial service providers, public institutions, as well as industrial and commercial companies. Our products are used nationally and internationally.

To support our support team, we are looking for reinforcements for our location in Aachen in full-time, with the possibility of partial remote work.


Your tasks

  • Independent acceptance and processing of incoming error reports and customer inquiries in Jira
  • Expert support for users in 1stlevel support
  • Handover of more complex issues to 2ndlevel support
  • Error analysis and problem solving in coordination with the specialist departments
  • Identification, categorization, and documentation of tickets according to workflows
  • User account management in various systems

Your qualifications

  • Customer and serviceoriented work style, as well as strong communication skills
  • Good English skills in spoken and written, and fluent German skills
