We are currently looking for a Business Unit Manager (m/f/d) for the Jobcenter department in the Competence Area Placement for our locations in Vaihingen/Enz and Korntal-Münchingen, 100%.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Managing a team of 15 employees, including service and technical supervision
  • Responsibility for the corresponding budget and its use this also includes ensuring comprehensive use of the services and offers developed by you
  • Actively shaping change processes and further development of the Jobcenter Landkreis Ludwigsburg
  • Clarifying and deciding on legal issues in the area of integration services according to SGB II and SGB III
  • Providing professional and legal knowledge
  • Good and trusting cooperation with internal and external partners
  • Personnel selection for your team
  • The working hours are divided equally between the two locations

You have:


  • Completed studies in the fields of pedagogy, social pedagogy, law or administration
  • Leadership experience and corresponding skills
  • Good IT skills knowledge of the OPEN/PROSOZ specialist procedure is an advantage
  • Structured, independent and responsible work as well as a sense of responsibility for the tasks
  • Enjoyment of developing new tasks and ideas for changing and improving processes
  • Positive attitude towards people in difficult life situations
  • Knowledge in the field of SGB II and SGB III
