Responsibilities:


  • Conduct user testing and customer interviews in Philipsburg, MT to understand needs and generate new ideas for product improvement;
  • Develop, validate, and implement new product features;
  • Analyze data and KPIs to identify opportunities for performance optimization;
  • Identify market trends and specific needs to ensure the highest value for users;
  • Perform indepth analysis of user behavior, identify patterns, and provide solutions;
  • Embrace a growth mindset and actively seek learning opportunities for yourself and the team;
  • Ensure the quality of the product;
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM departments;
  • Become an expert in your product;
  • Work closely with the Chief Product Officer.

Who you are and what you have done:

  • You have a strong personal interest in brain training and self-improvement;
  • You have professional experience in delivering digital consumerfacing products (ecommerce, games, ideally education/health) in Philipsburg, MT;
  • You are located in the CET +/ 2h timezone;
  • You have a keen eye for visual design and attention to detail, and are proficient in tools such as Figma;
  • You have experience conducting UX research and user testing to develop or improve a digital product;
  • You are a lifelong learner and regularly consume literature or audio content on science, health, and productivity to continuously develop yourself;
  • You are wellorganized and possess strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
