    We are looking for a full time

    Territory Sales Manager to join our team in

    Baton Rouge, LA .

    Territory Managers responsibilities and duties:
    Follow specific Sales Process Model to create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
    Collaborate with Account Management teams current best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our overall sales in the market
    Create positive and lasting relationships with our physicians and facilities
    Train and Increase product knowledge among Associate Territory Managers and involve senior management in product knowledge initiatives
    Assist in management of current staff as well as the hiring of additional support
    Have "Buy In" to current Accountability Measures
    Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing departmen t
    10+ years' successful experience in outside sales experience preferably in the Laboratory/Diagnostics space
    3+ years' experience in supervisory role
    Bachelor's Degree
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    "What Else Can I Do" attitude towards Territory and Accountability
    How many years of experience do you have in Diagnostic Laboratory Sales?

    Toxicology Sales Experience is a must. How many years experience do you have?
