- Consistently deliver established team reporting and guidance metrics
- Facilitate organizational transparency via communication on scope, goals, milestones, risk, and critical issues
- Enable collaboration and cooperation across teams by encouraging cross-training and team support
- Maintain clarity and enforcement of "Definition of Done"
- Research and stay informed of innovative ways to keep the team engaged, organized and focused; offer suggestions of ways to improve the processes or tools used for team collaboration
- Develop close working relationships with all levels of product development
- Guide Scrum Master team in unified Scrum adoption
- BA degree with a specialty in communication, project management or equivalent work experience
- Minimally a Scrum Master Certification (ACSM, PSM-2)
- 5+ year experience as Scrum Master in a Scrum or SAFe environment
- JIRA/AHA/Confluence proficiency
- Scrum experience with distributed/remote teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical, process and problem-solving proficiency
- A solid grasp of project management basics
