What you'll be doing

You are responsible for actively shaping agile processes and keeping the overall concept in mind with your broad horizon
You continuously analyze and optimize the agile development process and remove obstacles for your team's work
You further develop the agile understanding and promote transparent communication within the team and towards clients
You are in constant exchange with colleagues from diverse and interdisciplinary teams in project management, development, architecture, consulting, creation, QA, and operations
At the same time, you effectively and confidently moderate Scrum meetings in the form of dailies, plannings, reviews, and retrospectives

What you bring

You have an agile mindset and are passionate about training/coaching development teams in agile ways of working
