WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as a scum master and partner with teams to deliver work across GTM and Enable roadmaps.
  • Unlock team and individual potential through intentional relationship building, frequent experiments, and celebration of success.
  • Develop and mature agile practices across the organization that increase efficiencies in how we work and deliver value for the enterprise.
  • Manage project and program level performance specifically financial (actuals and forecast), and delivery to schedule.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of project/program management experience
  • 3+ years of agile delivery/coaching
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • Experience delivering solutions in SaaS ecosystem
  • Experience driving adoption and maturation of work management systems (i.e. Jira)
  • Experience with team, project, and program level financial tracking, accruals, and forecasting.
  • Teamcentric mindset demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment
  • A deep passion and understanding of the agile mindset, practices, and coaching

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
