00 per hour Posting InformationThe primary duty station is at our Cullowhee campus with periodic travel to Biltmore Park site.
The employee will provide hardware and software troubleshooting, repair service, and support to the university staff, faculty, and students. In addition, the employee will provide hardware technical expertise, consultation, and training to university clients.
Employee will coordinate and collaborate between the different IT & university functional areas for hardware and software support and work closely with clients to purchase, deliver, setup, and surplus university physical IT assets.
Employee will regularly use applications such as Cherwell and Team Dynamix to track work, tasks and time worked on projects related to their role in the Division.
Employee will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Working hours will generally be Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm and may be adjusted based upon management discretion.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Graduation from high school and one year of experience in the field of technology related to the position's role. Coursework in computer or information technology may be substituted year for year for the required experience. Must have a valid Driver's License.
