Instructional Systems Designer to
support the NAVAIRU contract in Patuxent River, Maryland. The position will include hybrid work based upon the customers' requirements.

Summary

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a related field of study. Experience may be substituted for the next high highest degree (e.g. from an associate degree to a bachelor's degree)
More than 10 years of experience performing work related to training and management.
Security clearance favorably adjudicated Tier3

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with utilizing Learning theory, the psychology of learning, educational psychology: Study of learning theories as they relate to the systematic design, development, and validation of instructional material.
Educational evaluation: Study of the techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of instructional/educational programs, including developing written and performance tests and survey instruments, and determining reliability and validity of evaluation instruments.
