Your Profile:

  • You have completed your studies in engineering or science with aboveaverage success.
  • You have several years of experience in automotive product development.
  • You possess practical experience and strong methodological knowledge.
  • You are quick at analyzing complex technology topics and continuously improving your technical skills.
  • You have the necessary entrepreneurial skills to establish sustainable business.
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and proficient English language skills.
  • You have the ability to inspire individuals at different levels of hierarchy and positively impact organizations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will provide advice to top companies in the automotive and related missioncritical industries on product development, technology change, and transformation.
  • You will lead project teams consisting of both customers and Vector employees.
  • You will support technical solutions such as AUTOSAR integration, tool chain, E/E architecture, and standards such as functional safety, cybersecurity, and UNECE.
  • You will analyze processes, projects, and products and develop concepts for improvement, which you will then implement onsite with our customers in a resultsoriented manner.
  • You will coach companies on topics such as cybersecurity, tools and methods, ASPICE, agile and digital transformation, and connectivity.
