Your Tasks:


As a working student, you will support our Hamburg association for 10 hours per week in organizing and implementing our 1:1 mentoring program.

Your main area of responsibility will be coordinating the mentoring pairs and will include the following tasks:


Community Management:


  • Contact with mentoring pairs, partner schools, and other organizations
  • Networking with new partners and organizations

Overall Coordination of Mentoring Pair Support:

  • Planning and distribution of available capacities of volunteer project members in the mentoring team

Support in planning and implementing events:

  • Presentations at schools and fairs
  • Training weekends, company visits, or mentoring gettogethers

Quality Assurance and Evaluation of the Mentoring Program
