    Requirements Analyst

    Key Role:

    Provide operational and technical analysis with recommendations to maintain competitive C2 advantage. Provide requirements traceability and report changes utilizing appropriate online tools. Represent and champion operational warfighter issues at multiple progressive levels, including employment, development, and design. Provide plan of action and milestones, meeting minutes, calendar management, internal database maintenance, contact lists, and analytical rigor on various topics to support the client. Analyze and draft strategic documents to generate programmatic courses of action (COAs), workflow analysis, gap analysis, resource allocation, and extensive risk analysis for the programs for which they oversee or manage. Convene and provide recommendations at Working Groups (WG) and Operational Planning Teams (OPT); Prepare and conduct high level communications via oral and written means to Senior level personnel ensuring the opportunity for timely decision-making.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of requirements analysis
    • Knowledge of Joint Command and Control
    • Ability to attend forums and working groups to document C2 requirements
    • Ability to engage with senior government personnel in government forums
    • TS/SCI clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience with the Joint Staff
    • Experience with using Micro soft Office products
    • Ability to maintain a POA &M

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
