Overview


The Marketing Specialist is responsible for print and digital project management, delivery, including finish art, proofing, editing, and final execution of marketing projects.

Responsible for on time delivery according to scope and budget.

The Marketing Specialist will interface with all internal and external customers, vendors, and contract workers to negotiate schedules, project requirements, pricing and all other details and updates related to projects.


Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties_
  • Support the Marketing Department national campaign efforts, projects, and administrative tasks (including filing, digital file organization.
  • Manage marketing automation flows, adjusts as needed.
  • Coordinate design and production contractors to prioritize and execute projects.
  • Serve as point person for gathering and curating success stories, photos, etc.
  • Tracks budgets and process invoices, and gathers/organizes proof of performance.
  • Creative Duties_
  • Schedules and leads creativeinput meetings with regional teams for project requests.
  • Manage social media community engagement and facilitate digital advertising campaigns.
  • Designs and produces print and digital collateral, art, and graphics.
  • Proofs all print and digital outputs
  • Assist in copywriting and copyediting, as well as design for stories, appeals, letters, etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate and/or produce story, photo, video and other resource gathering.
  • Assembles online donation pages, peertopeer sites, and event landing pages.
  • Creates or Edits website pages and blogs on via CMS tools.
  • Assist with filming and editing Olive Crest videos for various uses or events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience or 4 years of related experience.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite in particular, lnDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CC.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CMS such as Wordpress preferred.
  • Experience in social media community management and advertising preferred.
  • Video production and editing skills a plus.
  • Must have a philosophy of support for atrisk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 15 lbs.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
