Ultimate Frisbee Coach for Middle School Students - After School Summer Program
Role Overview
The Ultimate Frisbee Coach will lead the training and development of our students in the sport, ensuring they learn the fundamentals, improve their skills, and understand the spirit of the game.
Key Responsibilities

Skill Development: Teach and refine students' Ultimate Frisbee skills, including throwing, catching, and strategic gameplay.

Practice Planning: Create engaging and effective practice plans that cater to the skill levels and developmental needs of the students.

Team Building: Promote a team environment that encourages respect, communication, and fair play among students.

Game Management: Coach and guide the team during games, implementing strategies and making adjustments as needed.

Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students, guiding their personal and athletic growth.
Qualifications

Coaching Experience: Experience in coaching Ultimate Frisbee or similar team sports, especially with younger athletes.

Knowledge of the Sport: Strong understanding of Ultimate Frisbee rules, strategies, and coaching techniques.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with young students and team members.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster a positive team environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work with the after-school schedule and adapt to the developmental stages of the students.
Schedule
- Classes will be held in the afternoon, with specific times to be followed.
