Strength and Conditioning for Middle School - After School Summer Program

Role Overview

Schedule

Classes will be held in the morning, with specific dates & times to be followed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of middle school students to improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall athletic performance.
Educate students on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to prevent injuries.
Promote a positive environment that encourages student engagement in physical activity.
Maintain and organize fitness equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all activities.
Motivate students to set and achieve personal fitness goals.

Qualifications

Prior experience working with middle schoolaged children in a fitness or athletic setting.
Strong understanding of youth physical development and sportsspecific conditioning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
