Are you driven, goal-oriented, and looking for a challenge? In our Geotechnical department, we deal with the subsoil in all construction projects in loose soils and rock.

Markus Piendl, Head of Geotechnical Department, presents the open position to you:


This field of work excites you:

  • Leading the field teams of equipment operators and drilling assistants
  • Motivating and demanding performance from employees and monitoring it
  • Organizing work preparation in the warehouse
  • Setting up the construction site with staking, utility checks, surveying, etc.
  • Responsible for quality and timely completion, as well as assisting in the creation of field instructions
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors (e.g. unexploded ordnance clearance, other drilling companies, etc.)
  • Supporting employees in drilling work and independently completing projects
  • Attending onsite meetings and visits usually on a daily basis, occasionally with overnight stays
  • Responsible for warehouse, equipment, and materials, including maintenance, ordering spare parts and materials

Your expertise excites us:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Experience as a foreman
  • Experience with construction site investigation equipment is an advantage
  • Class B driver's license
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent work style and active teamwork
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, confident demeanor, and high reliability
