    Account Executive: Austin Texas

    Type: Full-Time

    Pay: Competitive salary + Uncapped Commission Plan

    Who We Are:

    SentriForce is a 20-year-old company, based in Houston, Texas that provides monitored and managed video surveillance services on a lease or rental basis. SentriForce has locations across the United States and is expanding into the Western United States. We own and operate a dedicated monitoring center, allowing us to deliver industry-leading video surveillance security solutions to retail and commercial properties, with a focus on exceptional service

    What You Will Be Doing:


    • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the construction sector.


    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.


    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution.


    • Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.


    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.


    • Prepare and present customized proposals and bids for construction projects.


    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.


    • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., project management, operations) to ensure smooth execution of contracts.


    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM software.


    • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on pipeline activity and progress toward goals.


    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build connections.


    • Stay informed about relevant building trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the construction field.

    What You Must Bring:


    • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in construction.


    • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.


    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


    • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.


    • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Zoho).


    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Compensation & Benefits:


    •Competitive Salary: $75k salary + uncapped commission OTE
