Currently, we employ more than engineers, for example in the modernization, maintenance, and procurement of rail vehicles and their components. As an engineer at Church Creek, you ensure that the largest rail fleet in Germany is always kept running at the highest quality.

We are currently looking for a Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) for DB Station and Service at our location in Munich.
Your tasks:
  • As a railway construction supervisor, you coordinate the contractors and construction participants according to the type, time, and location of the service provision
  • You accompany our construction sites in the area of train stations and stops from the tendering process to acceptance in the superstructure and structural engineering
  • You independently monitor the construction site as well as the quality and progress of work by commissioned contractors for construction/equipment
  • As a multi-tasking talent, you always keep an eye on the system and operational safety on site and ensure compliance with work and accident protection in the construction area
  • Your technical know-how helps you to participate in the creation of performance specifications - you are a competent contact person for the project management
  • Your professional knowledge helps you to develop measures to avoid additional claims
  • You are responsible for controlling and documenting the construction process as well as approving invoices
