As a Senior CAD Technician, you will manage, draft, and design projects, taking ownership from start to finish
    Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:
    • Draft and design projects such as commercial and residential developments, municipal projects, transportation projects and more.
    • Be enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-disciplined to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers.
    • Prepare plans and layouts generated in AutoCAD 3D Civil or other design software.
    • Produce accurate output with a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Manage project data files from various sources.
    • Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually/remotely.

    Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
    • Advanced skills using Bentley/Microstation and AutoCAD/Civil 3D required; experience with Microstation ORD a plus.
    • Experienced in detailing as well as plan and profile, site plans, drainage, grading, utilities (profiles), SWPPP, broadband, and associated items.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ability to think 3-dimensionally.
    • Must be able to work independently with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks, with competing priorities.
    • Be a professional, creative, team-focused individual that works well with others in a team environment.
    • 5-10 years' experience utilizing AutoCAD/Civil 3D
    • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience and training may be considered
