Summary:
As a Change Analyst/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting organizational change initiatives within the HR department. As a member of the Enterprise Change Management team, your primary focus will be on facilitating smooth transitions during process changes, system implementations, and other transformational projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that employees adapt to changes effectively and maximize their adoption of new processes and technologies. This role provides an excellent foundation for advancing within the change management discipline.
