- Lead the technical development of HVAC systems for large and complex project types including Government, Science & Technology, Academic, Mission Critical and Commercial.
- Communicate design intent and coordination requirements to owners, architects, and other team members.
- Formulate design criteria, perform calculations, develop concept designs, specifications, and construction documents for high performance building systems.
- Manage a team throughout all phases of design, assuring tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and good engineering practice.
- Construction phase services including attending meetings, submittal and RFI reviews, and performing site visits.
- 7+ years of experience designing HVAC systems in high performance facilities.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience leading HVAC teams on technically challenging projects
- Background in commercial, government, mission critical data centers, or hospitality is a plus.
- Professional commitment to sustainability, LEED accreditation is a plus.
