We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity We are currently adding a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Spanish / English) to work onsite at our corporate office in Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:
Coastal Waste is seeking a skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
