We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity We are currently adding a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Spanish / English) to work onsite at our corporate office in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
